Here is a very attractive and unusual antique purple/amethyst slag glass compote with an arches pattern. It measures about 5 3/8" tall and about 5 3/8" diameter at the top. It is in excellent condition overall. There is a sliver type flake to the edge of  the foot measuring about 1/4" long. It appears to be associated with a couple small bubbles, done in the making. I don't see any other chips or cracks. There are a couple very small open bubbles along top edge and one near top edge. The compote is able to rock on its foot just slightly. A great-looking piece.  Please see photos.
