This unit has been meticulously cleaned and worked over to give it a new look again.  A lot of time was spent cleaning and sanitizing this unit.  It then was provided with a treatment to give it a beautiful glossy shine again, including the entire metal frame, wheel, seat, and four pedals.  The seat is free from any rips, tears, slits, or prick marks in it.  The wheel looks great and rolls freely.  The handlebar grips look nice and are free from any cuts or slits in them.  The four rubber feet/end caps which were scuffed have been replaced with new ones.
