You are viewing a lovely example of Imperial Amethyst Slag Glass.  This piece is in the form of an elegant swan, a very desirable piece.  This one is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks.  It is really a beautiful piece.  As you can see by the photo, the underside is particularly pretty with swirling waves in various shades of purple.  It would be particularly nice resting on a mirror.  It could be used for plants or as a candy dish or even a serving dish for an elegant buffet for jelly, mustard, butter, etc., etc., etc.
