Kate Greenaway salad plate by Knowles, Taylor & Knowles C. 1920 .
This plate shows victorian girls in outside activities.  This was probably part of a young girls tea set.  Marked on the back with "K T & K" for Knowles, Taylor & Knowles.  I believe the S____V  means semi-vitreous porcelain.  Sorry, could not find explanation of the PBH abbreviation.
Measurements:  7" diameter
Condition:  Minor gold paint loss around edge consistent with age.  Have to look extremely closely to see light crazing.  Decals have light scratches.  No chips, breaks, flakes, or other mentionable issues.
