A truly stunning early Art Nouveau bowl by Loetz in the "Diaspora" decor.The piece consists of bottle green glass - with a bubbly-holey surface structure. The effect was produced by thrown oats, which then exploded in the heat...mouth-blown piece - under the bottom there is a polished ground pontil. The mouth edge is six times pinched and pulled upwards, resulting in a leaf or flower form. Inside you can see wonderful blue iridescence - on the outside same in gold.
