vintage Edwin M Knowles china 18" fish platter brook trout

Hello,
For sale is a vintage platter with a fish on it. The fist, so far as I can tell, is a brook trout. I could well be wrong.
The platter measures 17 3/4" from side to side and 12 3/4" from top to bottom.
There is a small imperfection on the surface of the platter (above the fin, on the non-painted part) where it feels unglazed, but there are no chips or cracks. See photos for details.
